Pros and cons of TomTom Greece app for iPhone and iPad

TomTom Greece app good for

Please acknowledge the fact that we are customers, too... How come all other TomTom apps (with no exception!) have been update to 1.4 and TomTom Greece hasnt? We paid for it, too, you know.. Is this really how you want to treat your customers? Thank you.
Used this App for Delphi, Meteora, Athens, Crete, Santorini, and Milos. This has gotten some tough reviews. However TT was invaluable. Wouldnt have been able to drive around Greece without TomTom. The app was cheaper than a 1 week GPS nav rental from Avis. We used this for everything including walking around town and getting back to our hotel. Even drove around Santerini on our quad with one earbud and TomTom told me where to go without having to look at the map. Some of the comments made by other posters are certainly true. We were told to go down a one way street once. However with common sense and attention to the road this was not a problem. I went a different way and Tom Tom quickly rerouted the route. bottom line was that TomTom MORE than pain for itself.

Some bad moments

App while in airplane mode to save data charges never worked. It always said poor gps reception, It would map virtual routes but would never find current location. Even when left outside with app on and clear blue skies with no obstruction, got nothing.
